Booking times;
Morning session; 8:00am - 12 Noon Afternoon session; 1:00pm- 5pm Late afternoon/evening booking; 4:30 onwards by arrangement Cost; $90 for any length of time within your allocated 4 hour block which must include set-up, pack down, thorough cleaning and if necessary checking and locking of doors. Bond; $200 is payable at the time of booking to confirm hire Payment is require within two weeks of invoice being issued Inclusions; Hire includes activity room with children’s and adult tables & chairs, shared use of the kitchen equipped with stove, microwave, fridge ect, crockery and cutlery and access to attractive play areas |

ACTIVITY ROOM 1 OR 2
Each of these two rooms can accommodate up to 40 people. The rooms have vinyl floor coverings and access to an outdoor covered verandah and enclosed safe playground area. The kitchen is located off these rooms for easy access. Toileting is available either off the rooms or if you prefer using the toilets located in the foyer area. Three power points are located around the rooms. Air-conditioned & ceiling fans keep you cool in summer, with heating available for winter. Other equipment available. |
MEETING ROOM
Our meeting room is located off the foyer and is suitable for small meetings or gatherings. Suitable for approximately 25 people. Tea & coffee making facilities are stored in the room. A wall mounted white board is helpful.2 double power points are located in the room. Air- conditioned & ceiling fans keep you cool in summer, with heating available for winter. Other equipment available.

OUTDOOR AREAS
Both of our outdoor areas are fully fenced and safe. There are two separate play areas suitable for 0-5 year old age group. Large trees provide a great shady area to play. Each side also has a verandah for protection from the elements
