VISION–
To bring community together in a welcoming, inclusive meeting place where people feel socially
connected, valued and inspired– creating a vibrant, inclusive, connected community centres in the
Shire of Dardanup and beyond.
MISSION–
To create a strong, connected and engaged community by providing a broad range of age-appropriate activities and services and encouragement to participate and share skills and interests.
To nurture a love of learning through social interaction, creative play, acceptance and empowerment.
To develop a vibrant, inclusive and connected Community Centre that offers activities that inspire and strengthen the lives of our diverse community, in full consideration of those with special needs.

VIBRANT- Eaton Family Centre builds the capacity of local residents towards empowerment.
INCLUSIVE- Eaton Family Centre facilitates inclusion at the neighbourhood level, encouraging people of all cultures to share their strengths, values and interests. People from diverse backgrounds, skills and passions contribute to our Centre, helping to build a welcoming, friendly, inclusive meeting place.
CONNECTED– Eaton Family Centre builds strong local partnerships with multiple stakeholders— service providers and local industries, helping to build a safe, welcoming, caring environment.
CARING - Eaton Family Centre promotes the well-being and mental health of all children and families without
discrimination and being mindful of individuals and families with special needs.
Member focused—Eaton Family Centre is run by our volunteer members and welcomes input by everyone who is involved on any way with our Centre.
Strength based—Eaton Family Centre recognizes and builds on the strengths of our members and our community in everything we do.
